Happy St. Patrick's Day from all of us at Shelby County Chiropactic.
Here are some fun and interesting facts about St. Patty's:Did you know that over 34 million Americans are of Irish decent? That's almost 9 times the population of Ireland! You know what they say, on St. Pat's Day every one is at least a little bit Irish. So go ahead and celebrate!
Did you know St. Patrick's Day is in honor of the Patron Saint of Ireland, Saint Patrick, who brougth Christianity to the Emerald Isles in the 400's AD, as Ireland is known? It is truly a day of celebrating Irish history, ancestory, traditions and customs.
Go out and wish someone "Erin Go Braugh." It is perhaps the most common Irish term you will hear. It means "Ireland Forever"
Have a Safe and Happy St. Patrick's Day.Monday, March 14, 2011
